Cameratools is a basic colourspace aware matching tool and can do flare correction, white balance/tint and exposure in exact f-stops. It works in Davinci Intermediate, Arri LogC, ACES and Rec709. It is part of the PrimeLight tool but without zones.
Be aware that you need Davinci Resolve Studio for this dctl and try the demo first.
